Good thing is that I'm losing subcutaneous and visceral fat from the gut, hoping to increase insulin sensitivity too so my love handles go away.
I try to eat all the cooked meat and eggs I can, butter, etc... But I'm going full Primal Diet once I get a job: 30 raw eggs/day or 1lb of raw ground chuck/day with little carbs, will fast all day and with the exception of morning (2 breads with butter + coffee) and pre-workout (same)... Will eat the 30 eggs/1lb meat 30 min after workout for maximum protein synthesis!what food to eat
