Melatonin+Vitamins/Minerals

Any improvements on compounds or dosages are appreciated
I will potentially go on abolo and tren and others after.

I didn't use the site for like the whole of 24 to 25. Also I just need to grow like 4 cm at 16 to get to a good height which is doable. Plus i've been on aromasin already so i can grow

I'm 181 but I have terrible posture like atp so I think I can gain 5cm just by fixing posture. My dad was like 180cm but he had surgery so now hes like 177
