Mirin ur discipline.

I try hard to do same, tbh it's not too hard when u live alone even if u work late like me.

What kills me though is all the corporate events, celebrations, client dinner and travel.

Makes it hard to even have 1 week being totally clean, so I just try to out train it which ends up making me even more of am ogre
