I have a bit of a lazy eye so I can treat that without surgery at least for now and see if it helps

Biggest failios are long philtrum, thin upper lip and downturned eyes. You might also have narrow clavicles. Youre around MTN imo. I think you have decent harmony and you're not recessed.

Yeah I’m thinking about some sort of lip lift and eye surgery for my eye lids when I’m older, my clavicles aren’t super wide but they’re not as narrow as they look in that one photo
