how wide is your palate, you should probably get a palatal expansion if you can to see if your lips can get a little wider. just look at the ideal ratios here and figure out ways to match them. usually blasting test solves it all but at ur age take advantage of the fact you're still mailable

interesting, you're also smiling a little which would widen it, surgery might be the only method to make it wider then.

then you cut them to be ideally tilted and shape them as best as you can, Ehrens brows are a good example even if they are a little overdone.
