You're recessed in both the jaw and maxilla. Your vertical height in the lower third is acceptable, which is good, but the lack of bone development is still obvious. What bothers me the most is the lack of paranasal volume (recessed maxilla symptom).

Your jawline is preserved bc you have a high hyoid bone position (thank the lord).

Your cheekbones are recessed. Normally maxillary advancement in the le fort 1 plane enhances the cheekbone area to the point that lack of cheekbone definition is no longer clinically relevant to the patient, but in your case I feel like cheek implants would be necessary to fully compensate the lack of development.

I'd do bimax with advancement and ccw rotation (bc your occlusal plane is rotated clockwise) and malar implants, your lack of cheekbone definition is what bothers me the most.
