What should I do to ascend? Im planning to get the follow surgeries:

• Orthognathic
• Rhinoplasty
• Canthoplasty
• LL to reach at least 184cm tall

Also I'm planning to use minoxidil to reach NW1/1.5 and consume collagen to enlarge my spine to gain at least 2 or 3 cm tall


The sad thing is that I'm living in a fucking 3rd world country (South America btw) and I just can afford Minoxidil and collagen at this moment, so, all this I've stated is for a long-term plan but my biggest fear is to become an oldcel first before I get the money to pay my surgeries
