I know a guy who usually get the same amount of likes as me but when he uses a boost on Saturday night, he gets around 50 likes, which gives him enough matches to get laid.

I'm not bragging about my 40 likes in 20 days, I know that it's a low number but what I meant is that since my matches are of average looks and I get such a small amount, then I'm average on Tinder, in fact, the average man gets even less likes than me.

The main problem with Tinder though is that 90% of its users are men and only 10% are women, which is why there is such a big gap between the amount of matches that women get and what men get. Some could say that it's the same in real life because they think that women get approached a lot but it's not really the case unless you're in a bar or a club, and even in that environment, even though women do have the advantage, it's not 90% of men and 10% of women in most bars and clubs, so since there are more women, it is much easier to succeed in a bar or a club than on Tinder.

The reason why Tinder requires you to be in the top 10% (or better) is because the supply of women is so low that they have the advantage and they know it, so it allows them to be as picky as they want because they know that if they want a really good looking man, they will be able to get him.

Unlike what many of you believe, most women don't use Tinder, and that's mainly because they prefer meeting guys in real life because they find it difficult to accept to go on a date with a guy that they know nothing about. In real life, you can have at least a 10 minute conversation before you ask a woman out on a date and during that time you can actually talk, while on Tinder, it's limited to texting which isn't the same at all. I know because I even found this to be the case for me, I really dislike how dating apps work even they reply to my messages. And, you can get catfished a lot on Tinder but not when you meet in real life.

That is not to say that Tinder is impossible but it's definitely not the most effective way to meet women, it's just the lazy way of doing it and it limits your options even if you're really good looking. In other words, if you're good looking enough to do very well on Tinder, you'll still have way more options in real life if you go out to bars and clubs at least twice a week.

I regret that it took me years to realize this because if I had just forced myself to go out to bars and clubs since the age of 18, I would have gotten lots of success with women instead of wasting my time alone in my room doing nothing productive.

Even when I will be muscular, it will not be enough to match with lots of women very quickly because I still wouldn't be a supermodel. However, it will help me a lot for when I am able to go out to bars and clubs when they reopen, because a tall 6 foot 4 guy with big muscles is much more attractive and intimidating than the vast majority of men who go to most bars and clubs, so my success will be way better.

I'm looksmaxxing right now by focusing mainly on neck training and bodybuilding.

Also, I'm not an incel, those are just bad pictures, and I made my thread because I thought that getting only 2 matches per day on Tinder was bad, but it's actually above average and I managed that with only 1 great picture that shows my face. So if I had 4 high quality pictures, my results would be way better even now.

Right now, after 20 days on Tinder with that 1 picture, I have 40 matches, most are average looking women between the ages of 18 and 22. Some are overweight but most are not, they are just so average that they're not very attractive.

And if I had a 18-20 inch neck, 17 inch arms, and a muscular ripped physique and chiseled jawline, I would really slay, so that's what I'm aiming for right now.

I follow a Push Pull Program with added neck work, training 4 times per week (twice per week for each exercise). I'm also going to do cardio and some sports to have better endurance so that I am not out of breath after every set.

Each workout lasts only 1 hour and 30 minutes (including rest intervals)

My program right now is this:


Push:

Squats 3x6-10
Close-Grip Bench Press 3x6-10
Overhead Press 3x6-10
Neck Curls 3x21-25

Pull & Arms:

Bent Over Rows 3x6-10
Deadlifts 3x6-10
Skullcrushers 3x8-12

I have never had any success with women even though I taller than most men and my jaw is also better than most men in my area but I still don't look good. What I really want to know is this: What features am I missing to be really good looking and do well on dating apps? I tried really hard to take the best pictures but I never got any matches that led anywhere even when I was wearing the best clothes or using the best camera equipment possible. I used to have a very bad underbite that I fixed with maxillofacial jaw surgery back in 2016, that definitely had an impact on my looks as you can see in my pictures. I have never been low body fat, I have always been skinny or skinny fat, so maybe my only problem is a matter of high body fat and low muscle mass but I don't really know. I am around 165 lbs at 6 foot 4, so maybe I am just a skinnycel/lanklet.
you would look a lot better if you bulk up. Take steroids. If you are serious you can turn your situation around in a matter of a few months. I can suggest reading material for safe steroid us, or even bodybuilding coaches online who can help you use steroids or HGH safely.

I'm not bulking, but I am using progressive overload effectively on a high frequency program that maximizes results.

Every month, I can add

30 lbs to my squat and deadlift
20 lbs to my bench press and bent over row
15 lbs to my overhead press, barbell curl and skullcrushers

Meanwhile, at least as of right now, I can do this while maintaining my weight of 180 lbs, which puts me at a lower body fat, which makes my face look way better.

Also, I bought a neck flex for 180$, soon I will receive it and I will be able to add 4 inches to my neck in only 3-4 months, just that will make me look way better.

I don't think that steroids are necessary because most guys who lift seriously for 2-3 years manage to build a very impressive physique that attracts women. You don't have to be Arnold Schwarzennegger in his prime to have an attractive physique, you just need to be really strong at the main compound movements and on the arm exercises and add direct neck work.

Also, the reason why my arms are only 12 inches in size is because I can only curl 65 lbs for 10 reps, and my skullcrusher is at only 40 lbs for 10 reps, when both will be at 90 lbs for 10 reps, then I will probably have 15 inch arms, and then 17-18 inch arms when both lifts reach 135 lbs for 10 reps.

However, if even at the highest strength level, my body does not change significantly, then steroids could be worth it but I highly doubt that it would happen because it doesn't make sense scientifically speaking. Maybe my strength potential is just so high because of my height that it explains why even at a 65 lb curl, my arms are the same size as when I could only curl 20 lbs at 18 years old.
