unfortunately my hairloss genetic is too damn strong. i started fina at like 19 and it didn't work so i added minox topical and it was still not enough so i added duta and then tried oral min. when i first started i was like nw 1.5 with no diffuse thinning. and now i am diffusing really badly and like nw 2.5... that shit is terrible. i know oral minoxidil would be my savior but i can't stand the hypertrichosis. i have to make a choice being bald but with no body/facial hair or keeping my hair but being full of body facial hair. and no laser hair removal doesn't work in case of minoxidil induced hypertrichosis ( you have to do electrolysis etc)

You have a law degree, you need to do something in that field and get out your shitty job. If you don't have much going for you in France, have you ever tried seeing if anyone would give you a job in a different country? or do you prefer to stay in France?

If as you say you're a bit socially awkward, that might be affecting you in a lot more elements than you imagine, and I'd suggest trying to work on any social anxiety/issue. I'm an outdoorsy guy, and 2020/2021 I didn't do much because of mega covid lockdown in my country, and I've found myself in 2022 struggling. I'm working less, I'm less motivated and I have some elements of anxiety that I'm working on, if you done that for a long period of time, as a once overly confident guy, it's going to hit you mentally hard. Self isolating for a decade is going to take a good year or two to sort out again, and you need to expose yourself to situations you're uncomfortable with.

and yes dut increases the test level / like fina, but on the longer run it get convers to oestradiol ( by upregulation), so not good... but that is the life of the baldcel..
