Id say jaw implants should be priority #1 since jaw and eyes >> any other feature. Also BSSO/bimax would not change your appearance much since you are not recessed. For your hair, its hard to fraud a good hairline with length alone. You cant lower your hairline with minoxidil/finasteride so the only option is a hair transplant if you can afford it. A realistic wig could also work but its obviously not permanent.
Id recommend you to not do anything other procedures than the three aforementioned, if you do then you might end up looking botched.

Other than this, you can do some softmaxxes. get into a skincare routine if you havent, use minoxidil for eyebrows/eyelashes and groom them, eat a diet high in protein and saturated fat and low in sugar, take supplements, consume zero drugs/alcohol/cigs, get proper 7+ hours of sleep a day. Cant guarantee these will make a huge difference but they will help of course

Rhinoplasty, and something for your chin maybe genioplasty or something. Also an otoplasty for your ears. And make your beard less patchy with minoxidil. Start using tretinoin. You will ascend if you do this
