Rate me after a bit of softmaxing

So I been some time since my last rating/improve and I want to know what I need to improve or improve stuck as is. So I been doing tretinoid for almost 2 months, started hidrocortizone for the nose, voluffine on the top lip, rid of glasses (trying to get contact but I photos I don’t wear glasses), debloat a bit ( I’m trying to get a medical prescription to get eplerenone) for debloat purpose. What it’s left to improve I want to know.
