rate me and advice

just wondering on some advice
im around 5'8 60kgs maybe more
wondering if i should dirty bulk or lean bulk anything
or should i hop on peptides and bulk at the same time just looking for some guidance
 
Why would you bulk? You can still build muscle in a deficit even tho you should probably be maintaining considering your stats
 
If ur skinny fat then cut down the excess fat while lifting, you can still put on muscle mass during thst period because you were a lazy sloth before, after that you may pursue a bulk

sorta in a skinny fat stage and only been lifting like 6 months
 
Then focus on hitting your protein (0.8g per pound of bdyw) and fats (1g per pound of bdyw) fill the rest with carbs. Be in a 200-300 calorie deficit. Bulking would be contra productive if youre skinny fat. Train each muscle group 2 times a week, 2 sets till failure (skip legs)
