Nearly ideal for most woman. Obviously nothing impressive but yeah. That’s what not gym woman like. Gym woman usually like more trained guys but this is ideal if you look at it statistically I would say. Some toned muscle.

Yeah i get you, just saying that if you asked any woman on the street she would probably say this is ideal body (especially his age range)
I do agree though he could probably add more muscle to his shoulders and biceps.

It's subjective. Obviously this isn't the universal ideal, i just think it is in his age range.

If you train them train Russian twists once a week for core STABILITY so you dont end up with HERNIA

AKA dont train your obliques with weights and dont train them to much

Just beware of HERNIA bro
