Please rate me and tell me what I can do to improve. (I am trying to lose body fat as well and any tips would be greatly appreciated).

I mean i don’t got money to hardmaxx but im open to anything atp, i need all the help i can get 😭 🙏

At least get rhino if u can, work on ur hair, skin, gymmaxx and grow a beard to fraud that lower third

wdym by lower third, sorry i’m a bit confused and my beard doesn’t grow that well, thats why im doing a goatee

Jaw area = lower third
Minox and dermastamp to grow a beard or u can get a transplant tho I won't recommend the latter

i’m and i think im 5’5 (it’s over for me, might ropemaxx)
First of all dont ropemax, second looks like you bf% is high so try lose weight (alot), go for a clean shave until you can grow a full beard, trim your eyebrows so they look more defined, get more sleep you look very tired, use a moisturizer for your skin it looks dry and use a tinted sunscreen to hid the acne scars and bumps, ik this might sound cope but eye pulling helped me ascend my eye area do you can try, grow your hair out this is an important factor
 
i could yeah, i just got a low taper but my barber cut too much off the top, what cut do u recommend i get (my hair is curly i js haven’t styled it) and im trying to lose fat but its taking its time and how do i eyepull

sub 5 or low ltn ur face is not semetrical at all u need surgery and grow ur hair out

ltn you need to debloat and maybe then a high ltn

debloat, shave your face, find a hairstyle and sleep on your back you are asymmetrical asf. Then maybe you will hit mltn-hltn

Don’r rope, I think you can achieve a Mtn (which is over average) if you go down in bodyfat, drink 3-4 liters of water, eat clean, go to sleep before 12 and exercise gym 4-5 times a week and walk on the threadmill for atleast 15 minutes after every workout.

I would also do chintucks, neckcurls after you have successfully been concistent with the steps above first. It is important to not stack to many new habits at once!

Instead adopt new habits over time so they stick, if you watch tv or game you should stop instantly, in your case I would just sell the gaming monitor so you can ascend and get your life on track, it will not do you any good either way.

I am not an expert within asymmetry, but there are definitely threads within org that will help you (or you can find something on YouTube if you are more of a visual learner)

(In my opinion your asymmetry is not that bad, you would probably look a lot more symmetrical if you had lower bodyfat and wasn’t as bloated

When it comes to your eye area I would master UUDD (it is basically to train your muscles on your brow area so you can learn to squint and control them to get a more dominant look.

But I would not advice to do any of the «cheap tricks» before mastering the essentials which are diet, sleep, water intake and exercise. Only supplement facial exercises when you have adapted the essentials habits.
