It's on u, I'm losing so much muscle rn while leaning down to 10%, honestly I don't even care, I'm gonna do roids in 6 months anyways

Obviously it's hard to get to low bf% while being natty and huge, that's why doing roids is no brainer

im not gonna start roids yet since im only 15, atm i get alot of attention from girls with my big arms and nice physique, ill prob drop to around 12-14% so i can keep a nice amount of muscle but still look less puffy in the face area. also i gonna stop eating sugar and consuming creatine, also will start icing my face everymorning and guasha, i will ascend in a month, u will see.

Low-moderate carb, high protein
Eliminate foods that cause inflammation
Exercise, mainly cardio 30 min a day
Sauna
Ice the face
Diuretics
Low stress and high quality sleep

If u get lean with these method and still look bloated then u are boneless

also i havent peaked pubert yet so my facial bones propably will grow bigger when im older.
