Hey man,right now probably around lmtn, for softmaxxes just slightly grow and darken your eyebrows, as well lower your BF% and clear your facial redness. for hardmaxxes, a canthoplasty to fix your negative canthal tilt and a rhinoplasty to fix your 1:1 nose to mouth ratio and the overall shape. rhinoplasties are very high ROI and have a very low botch rate if you find a good surgeon, canthoplasties are a bit riskier so if you don’t want to do all that then you can do a canthopexy (similar result as a canthoplasty which is raising the lateral canthus/outer eye corner but with sutures instead of seperating the tendon like a canthoplasty, just again way less risk and invasiveness and is reversible; also costs less) or even some simple botox to help support the eye tilt if you’re hesitant about any surgeries regarding the eye area. best of luck man, you look solid so no need to dwell on it too much

I’m not saying you have to get like 5% body fat and become a body builder, just get noticeably slender/muscular and low body fat (atleast 15% body fat) so you can see your face when it’s defined and there’s no excess facial fat causing inward pressure on your face, and if you aren’t happy with the result then you can go from there with hardmaxxes which I’ll happily help you with and more effective softmaxxes, I’ll also check your new thread lol.
