Whats up yall. i’m 18, 6’2, 175lbs. I’ve been curious about looksmaxing for a while but never really dove deep into it. Haven’t done much atp just maintain a good diet and good skincare with daily lifting/cardio.

What would yall rate me and what are the first things i should work on improving? i am currently cutting weight to get to around 10% body fat (currently 13ish) to help with abs and face fat. I included some pics of myself. Not looking to do any hard maxes atp but i’m open to peptides and stuff like that just no surgery stuff for sure. I have always been pretty confident in my looks but i know i can definitely improve. Help me out yall.

(I know i have some acne in those pics but it’s all gone pretty much atp i took those like 2 days ago. my acne isn’t bad at all i get like one random small pimple a month.)

Fix the diet, face is lowkey bloated. I'd recommend using some sort of concealer if you're fine with that to hide the moles/spots/whatever those are on your skin. you're tall so that's already good, physique is lookin alright but you should invest in a body hair trimmer or sm. if you're going for peptides i'd say reta for appetite suppressing while cutting and bpc-157 to help with recovery at the gym.

your biggest flaws face wise are a chubby face and a narrow neck (im sure it's not that bad in real life - lens distortion cooks your face when you're taking selfies, the mirror is much more accurate to real life), so start doing neck curls to widen your neck. you seem to have some forward head posture so start doing chin tucks to help with that.

you can also start makeup frauding - there's nothing wrong with it. but in the end it's your choice yk, totally fine if you don't wanna do it. the best would be concealer, clear mascara, eyelash curler, and tightlining. look into lymphatic drainage massages (anecdotal evidence says they help debloating), and fix your diet to reduce bloat in your face.

good luck brotha. current rating is hmtn with mhtn potential from me (but everyone gives different ratings, don't stress it too much).

I appreciate it a lot bro. I just started a 500 calorie deficit high protein diet with 30 min of cardio daily + 10k steps daily to hopefully drop my body fat% and lose some of that face fat. Ima keep everything into consideration tho i appreciate it fr!

I’ve looked into chin tucks and neck curls. I found somebody doing both at the same time. Is this cope or not and how long for results if i do like 3 sets of 20 reps a day

idk what's the ideal rep range, but I know that if you're training your neck you should train it like any other muscle - you gotta add weight/resistance over time. you can look up a neck training guide on how much to do, how to do it, etc. make sure not to overtrain your neck as it's very easy to do so. chin tucks aren't cope for posture at all, they'll help out a lot, but there's also a bunch of other ways you can correct your posture, look it up, it's up to you.

. I found somebody doing both at the same time.
i've seen people online talking about doing chin tucks and neck curls for more forward growth/a tighter hyoid region, which I'm not sure about. im personally js saying that use chin tucks for posture and neck curls for a wider neck (which they are proven to help with), and the dude you see on Tiktok may have been talking about facial development (which idk about).

w! i starvemaxxed too myself a while ago, I'd say black coffee, sugar-free gum, a sugar-free sweetener and sugar-free soda are some of the best foods to curb cravings (you can use the sweetener to make low-calorie desserts for yourself). Also being out of the house more (maybe by playing a sport or walking around with friends) is insane, cuz if you're talking to your friends n fooling around you're distracted from your hunger and burning more calories (just make sure you don't overdo it, or you may do enough activity to make you hungrier).

good luck bhai
