It's true that beards take away some of the youthful aspect of faces. So, indeed you may look better without a beard

However, sometimes there are other features that get favoured by not having a beard. Thick eyebrows and long eyelashes are the prime example. Good eye area and decent lower third are all good for a face without a beard.

Alr here’s my advice. Your main issues are
your weak lower third, and bad eye area. That should be what you focus on, while also looking to get a better haircut that adds more width and less height.

Your eyes lack definition, and your sparse eyebrows only make it worse. I would get on something to make your brows and lashes thicker, like castor oil or some specialty product for faster results.

Chin is going to require surgery but will ascend you hard since it’s your weakest feature.

You have good skin and pretty good eyes, but you have very low-set cheekbones, a rounded jaw, and buccal fat. 5/10 imo.
