most likely. you gotta go to the best of the best, since botched rhinos can cause breathing problems. a lot of people can improve with a genio or rhino, but rhino is really something you want to research instead of getting it done by some garbage surgeon

You have potential for the eye area. Canthal tilt and IPD looks kind of good. It’s just that your orbitals are recessed. Maybe orbital implants but tbh I don’t recommend it unless if you really want to ascend

Thanks for the suggestion, honestly, I know I’m not gonna be Chad so I don’t think it’ll be worth it. I’ll try to fix my hyperpigmentation, I don’t really mind my eyes
