Putting your head into ~ the frankfurt horizontal plane we can see that you are recessed. But telling by how diagonally pointing down your chin is, the recession clearly comes from a steep occlusal plane.

So i suspect this is the cause of your narrow lips. If you see the circled areas in the front photo, there seems to be a lack of maxilla in the circled areas. Your jaws are to below your lip area and so the width of your jaws isnt there to stretch your lip tissue back and cause wide jaws.

In conclusion you need to see a Maxillofacial Surgeon and get CCW rotation.

You should finish puberty then consider surgery. A lot of stuff like my face fat went away as i grew older and my face became less ugly (I'm 19 rn and still growing)
Only should think about surgeries once ur 18+

I wish I had found looksmax when I was 16.

Now, at 25, and after trimax + revision + implants I finally envision a normal life.

Wish I had done the trimax when I was 18 to at least live decently between 18 and 25 and get some attention.

OP you need CCW. Keep in mind your small mouth is a typical mouth breather trait and is a major unfixable failo.

It can maybe be slightly improved through MSE but tbh cases that improved a lot from starting moint similar to yours are super rare.
