You re above htn either way , you can do lip lift diy , lip lift doesnt fix lip wide ness tho , and ipd isn’t even that bad lmao it’s better like this than close set eyes anyways actually good looking face on here , but biggest flaws are nose , lip width and skin , I wouldn’t count ipd as one cause it’s not brutal tier

i’m on 200 test and 20mg var so my hormonal acne is breaking out a little, on 40mg accutane and 350mcg mt2 along with other ancillary’s and natty sups to mitigate it
