You re above htn either way , you can do lip lift diy , lip lift doesnt fix lip wide ness tho , and ipd isn’t even that bad lmao it’s better like this than close set eyes anyways actually good looking face on here , but biggest flaws are nose , lip width and skin , I wouldn’t count ipd as one cause it’s not brutal tier

If they are not I obviously have to observe the capacity of their potential and discuss things with my higher up about developing them

Tbh you just just hardmax now with androgens or diy fillers or botox in different areeas this could bump you up really but if you have something death tier like a short face or junk fwthr or extremely protruding eyes surgery is only but , minimally invasive rhino or cycle with aas could help you out just look into them since you ain’t done growing
