Your eyes are rather wide set, I recommend choosing a hairstyle that covers your forehead as it will make your eyes look more narrow. Thats the only major flaw I see.

maybe HTN because of height halo, mtn facially, your eyes are very far apart, you have bad PFL(the wideness of the eyes compared to height) and you have quite a lot of upper eyelid exposure.
