The style of hair on top is bad in pics 1 and 3. Hair is styled perfectly in pic 2. Light stubble in pic 2 is perfect.

Anyways, your maxilla/cheekbones could use improvement. If you don't want to do surgery, look into bonesmashing and don't overdo it.
