You do have some NCT but mainly it's your downturned eyelids that give you that look.

It depends on your age really. If you're still in your teens your mandible might grow and your eye area isn't that bad besides NCT but it's visible which really fucks up your overall facial harmony.

try stubblemaxxing in the future but philtrum isn't a big problem compared to short chin.

Also absolutely not, do not get rhinoplasty your upper and middle third are relatively decent

get Lefort 1 with downward graft and you will ascend hard. Perhaps a slightly longer chin.
You don't need that much but it will help harmony so hard.

Dunno about your side profile but I think it's okay looking at the front so you don't need any advancement forward.
You are already softmaxed looking at photos.
Just normal longevity stuff, like skincare and anti hairloss.
For eyes you got negative cantal tilt, but that can be fixed to.
