6mm semi chin wing downgraft front with no movement on the bacm and 2mm forwards.
do it. you will ascend easily with this like 1.5 psl from one surgery

Could u simulate it in photoshop? And tag me in the result I want to see how it would improve him. Currently I look at him and can’t imagine how he gets out of this baby face hell would be interesting if ur idea ascends him

Yeah my bad, it looks like Lefort 2 can fix it. However in ur case u have negative canthal tilt aswell so u realistically need a lefort 3.

Ill have to cope with canthopexy and stuff like that. Lefort 3 is too high risk to turn out bad i think
 
Picsart 22 09 06 07 45 38 493 this could be him... all i did: 3mm lefort 1 downgraft, 6mm chin wing downgraft front only (4-5 mm forwards, i changed idea after analising more). lip lift, rhinoplasty, upper eyelid medial canthus filler, hairline lowering. and tan of course.

Looking at face shape I actually don't think the lf1 downgraft was needed. But it's always hard to judge my own face. What do you guys think?

The main thing that gives you a baby face is your jaw isn't vertically tall enough (the space between the end of your lip and end of your chin is too small) that and chubby cheeks leaves you with a baby face, maybe facial hair could help or surgery

Tried everything of that for at least a year except bonesmashing and it didnt work

Huge improvement, if those procedures really do translate to such a. Result then this is the best ascension plan in the thread imo

Any opinions? Do you thibk it's fine to get the other procedures done first before getting lf1 downgrafz? That would also help quite a lot with money obvsly vause i have only like 30 to 50k euros available

Bc your faceialngrowth is already great you are already mewing by default. The hormonemaxing I see you tried I wonder if you have before of your face at the time. HGH + steroids and k2 would have an impact on your face 100%. But I don’t know if it’s really the change you want. The surgical route is your best bet imo

Dont have any before Photos atm. I also didn't use hgh or k2, just steroids

Yeah i know that, i will Start with rhino to make bise tip smaller (will probbaly make it look much better alrdy), but ive also been looking into mse and stuff and mouth widening surgery / Devices, but i want to widen my palate first

Nose tip*
 
First surgery (chin wing downward and forward movement+ jaw angle implants to fix the stepoff caused by chin wing forward movement and also rhino) will be 26th of octobre. After that will be looking into malar and infraorbital implants and also bleph finally, but maybe i will get LL and HT first. Will also look for mse providers in time.
I will try to avoid lf 1 downgraft cause my philtrum is alrdy relatively long, but if it really is needed i will get it asap after my first surgery

If i need lf 1 downgraft depends on how much my lower third height i gain from chin wing

mk677 + test helped me get rid of my baby face quite a bit, but it's dangerous and you should be going to the gym while doing it

Ive used steroids already. Didnt seem to do anything for my face sadly but give me acne and more bloat
