Can you tell me what really pheno means

Pheno refers to Phenotype.

It is a set o characteristics which differences races.
A simpe example is that the Dravidian pheno aka brown Indian has brown lips, dark hair, small face etc.

However light skinned Indians may have pink lips, lighted hair shades, bigger skulls etc.
