You look extremely skinny with barely any muscle mass. 136 lbs is too skinny for your height. You're just at the beginning, you're not even intermediate yet.

Decent for that height&weight but you're failoed by thin/small ribcage unfortunately. I could tell when you turned to the side.

However, most guys who are 5'10" - 5'11" at 130-140lbs look worse though.

Look at professional boxers who spend their entire lives training and eating ideal diets. You will be surprised at how much they weigh.

Also frame matters a lot. You can't compare a guy with a thin frame to a guy with a large frame and say they should both weigh they same assuming all else is equal.

Don't listen to guys saying you need to eat more. They are just gaslighting you. All you really need to do is lift but you will only be impressing other men with more muscle, because you already get women.

Being 10% body fat is useless when you have no muscle mass.

Women prefer muscular men who are not ripped than ripped skinny guys.

Eating more is definitely legit. Training 4+ hours a day is pointless.

Drink some milk, boyo- you can easily get up to 160-165 at the same bodyfat and you'll also be able to fill out something bigger than a XS shirt.

Lean isn’t feminine. Lean is masculine, fat tissue converts into estrogen and women naturally have higher body fat than men. Keep fucking coping you utter subhuman

Bro stfu, the guy can DEFINITELY weigh more than this and he'll do himself a favor if he does bulk up-I've bulked up by almost 70 lb since I started training and I still don't look ridiculous. Also, pretty much all non-heavyweight fighters weigh a good 10-20lb more than their "billed" weight. Ofc, being lean>>>>permabulking fatass, but you also have to at least have some decent size for your height.

Nah I just really like his content since it has given me most of the things that I know. Most of the things that I talk about when talking about fitness are just copied from fitness youtubers like him. True naturals who really know what they are doing.
