Look at professional boxers who spend their entire lives training and eating ideal diets. You will be surprised at how much they weigh.
Also frame matters a lot. You can't compare a guy with a thin frame to a guy with a large frame and say they should both weigh they same assuming all else is equal.
Don't listen to guys saying you need to eat more. They are just gaslighting you. All you really need to do is lift but you will only be impressing other men with more muscle, because you already get women.
