Door frame is 22.75 inch, I'm 187lb untrained, 25yo
I had 23.7 inch when I was 17yo (gymcelling) but I was 235lb - measuring the same way both times, expanding my ribcage and flaring the back muscles

Relaxed and w/o holding breath I lose about 1 inch

Feeling real good tho, I'm getting more muscular while doing nothing
