What else can I do to ascend
These 2 photos are 3 months apart and I grew 2 inches from 5'10 to 6ft during the 3 months
I'm 16

I grew my hair went on a cut I was 15% body fat in the first one then I cut down to around 11% I fixed up eye brows and clean shaved I also bones smashed and did chin tucks and neck curls 3-4x a week, I drank lots of water and took potassium magnesium and iron pills
Also I started using tinted sunscreen on my face

what will hyaluronic acid gnna do to your nose? Get a filler or corner lip lift to widen it i will too cuz my lip lowkey cooked aswell
