The way I lost weight was caffeine Maxing and cardio. Also genetics clutched up kinda. Should have weight lifted more tho and ate more protein.Holy ascension, how'd you achieve this?

Nah I got uncanny eye area cause of some lose skin it’s not noticeable unless i pull on my face. I could also get leaner to fix it but I need more muscle so I could be at least 190 lean. Thanks for the advice thoyou look way better and have a lot of bonemass i think it is mostly the nd expression
as for physique just lift 4-5x a week eat ur bodyweight in protein and high carb/lowfat diet is good

Mostly genetics tbh and I don’t have to much bone mass in the bottom causing it to look bigger as well. I do bonesmash but not my zygos since it’s too big.did you do anything with your zygos or was it genetics?
I’ll save those for when I’ve built a better physique. Right now, this is what I have since I don’t have any older photos of my body. In the future, I’ll add more as I find them once I’ve made more progress. Also when I looked at my body back then I actually wanted to throw up. Yeah sorry I got this of my side but it’s kinda bad cause I got braces and plan on showing my full ascension once they are gone. and i’m lean with more muscle mass. Haven’t gotten on acutane which i’m saving up for or gotten my overgrown canines fixed. causing my upper lip to suck and haircut of doom and despair lmao.Alright but we can't really rate off based off what you posted here youre not giving us much to work with right now
