Looking for thoughts on my transformation, i used to be skinnyfat as you can see from the first photo, although it used to be worse than that.
I've now achieved my goal of dropping almost all of my bodyfat, so now i will focus on eating more and gaining muscle.
things i did to transform:
1. full body workouts every other day at home with pull up bar and dumbbells
2. 3 liters of water every day
3. limited candy and soda to once a week
