The highest quality wild caught salmon. Shit's expensive but is absolutely legit for health. My skin and hair has never looked better since I've been eating salmon consistently

I was eating rice and broccoli with it when I was bulking. I'm restricting carbs all day now but I eat about 50-80 g at night for restful sleep

right is just chicken breast
2 small spoons of olive oil used for both pans
622 calories
82g protein
38g carbs
19g fat mostly unsaturated
