Projected stats at beginning of cut:
- 6ft
-205-207lbs
-26-28% body fat
-2300 Maintenance

I will eat 1260 calories daily with 190 grams of protein consisting of the same meals. As long as I have some vice or distraction this won’t be a problem.

I will add a protein shake with two scoops of whey isolate protein

I will burn 800 calories daily;

300 from walking home after school

500 from extended incline walking at the gym

As for weight training I will have 3 of my own workouts as well as football weightlifting 4 days a week.

The plan is to cut for 4 weeks, then refeed for two. I’ll have like 12 weeks of actual cutting and 4 weeks of maintenance eating

When I’m done I should be like 165 and 10-12% body fat
 
potatoes are #1 of satiety index and they should be used when on a deficit 1000%, ive been buying these canned potatoes that are .80 cents per can at Aldies and 160 calories for the entire can (5 decent sized potatoes)
