- 6ft
-205-207lbs
-26-28% body fat
-2300 Maintenance

I will eat 1260 calories daily with 190 grams of protein consisting of the same meals. As long as I have some vice or distraction this won’t be a problem.

As for weight training I will have 3 of my own workouts as well as football weightlifting 4 days a week.

The plan is to cut for 4 weeks, then refeed for two. I’ll have like 12 weeks of actual cutting and 4 weeks of maintenance eating

When I’m done I should be like 165 and 10-12% body fat
 
potatoes are #1 of satiety index and they should be used when on a deficit 1000%, ive been buying these canned potatoes that are .80 cents per can at Aldies and 160 calories for the entire can (5 decent sized potatoes)

looks good, caffeinemaxxing honestly would be a huge help as well

Cals and Cardio is good. Food selection is ass. Prioritize more nutrient dense foods, like lean ground beef and more whole eggs. I’d swap the chicken out. Try to keep ur fats at 65g (this is based on 0.33g/lb bw) but if you really want to just speed it up as fast as possible maybe knock it down to 50g, just understand your hormonal health may not be at its potential best.

Make sure you’re properly hydrated, and you’re hitting ur micros. Also rip caffeine pre 12pm and nic past 12pm bhai for sleep quality but also appetite suppression.
