Height: 5'9.8" (growth plates are closed)
Weight: 149 pounds
Frame is mid. Normal clavicles, proportionate wingspan. 7in long hands (yes im a handcel

Currently mmtn. Goal is hmtn. I don't think I'll ever reach high tier normie unless I get bimax and a canthoplexy. Hell, maybe even trimax
Height
- MSM with glucosamine, to keep ~0.5-1 inch of morning height.
I've heard it prevents your spine from completely decompressing. Dad's been using this for 6 months and he is definitely a little taller.
- Nike Air Max 1, to add ~1.34 inches
Just watched a YouTube video of big rob from celebheights where he measures his before and after.
- 1cm comfort inserts
Bought these a few months ago on TikTok shop and forgot about them but I just found them in my closet. Might as well put them to use.
- Fixing anterior pelvic tilt
It used to be a lot worse but I've been doing everything I can for the past month to correct it. It's almost there, but I think I can squeeze out maybe another 1/4 inch of height.
The airmaxes and inserts will put me at 5'11.5, giving me around a 1.5 inch boost. If msm with glucosamine works, it's safe to assume 6ft at least, 6'0.5 at best. As it is right now, I tell people I'm 5'8 and I watch them go crazy. After this protocol, I'll tell people im 5'9 jfl. When I take my shoes off I'll be around 5'10.5 and no one will suspect much from a 1.5 difference.

Plan A: 8 week cycle of Rad-140 with enclo during and after for PCT.
I've already been in the gym for about 7 months. When I started I was 130 pounds, around 12% bodyfat. I've gained 20ish pounds since then and sit around 13-15% bodyfat. The goal of this cycle would to push 170 pounds lean, with specific emphasis on the lats and delts for that v taper.
Plan B: Testosterone Enanthate
Haven't done much research on this yet. Older brother ran this when he was 17 and he responded very well. Although who knows maybe I'll respond terribly. His frame genetics are very different from mine, as he's a whole 4 inches taller than me.
Skin
Currently using 0.05% Tretinoin 3x a week.
I exfoliate my skin at night, apply tret, then use moisturizer. In the morning I use a sunscreen moisturizer, I think it is 75 spf. I did not have a "purge phase" with tret, and my skin has never been excessively red.
Coloring
Currently am taking coloring supplements daily.
- Beta Carotene: 975mcg
- Lycopene: 30.9mg
- Astaxanthin: 12.7mg
- Vitamin E (just to help skin barrier): 84.4mg
My eyebrows are naturally big, dark and well shaped. Lashes are naturally long, dark, and thick. I use a lash curler occasionally if they are too flat, which causes my neutral cantal tilt to look negative. It also helps with UEE.
I'm not gonna mention anything else bc im just mentioning the areas that need major improvement. Hair and style and all that other good stuff is taken care of. Life quality should only get better from here. Let me know what y'all think. Please excuse my crappy thread formatting. This is my 2nd account (deleted my first one) I swear im not grey
PS: another thing I forgot to mention -- pregab.
PSS: forgot to mention my tmj. it makes my face lopsided. been doing exercises and chin tucks to balance my mandible out and its been working so far. also been bone smashing my chin and mandible every night and my lower third has been getting better day by day. call it cope, but the swelling saves me.
