2 sets of of normal dumbell curls to failure
2 sets of concentration curls to failure

3 sets to failure of standing rows, alternating the grip and movement and keeping my back at a 90°degree angle

2 Sets to failure of chair supported rows

2-3 sets of romanian deadlifts to failure

I rest between 2min and 30 sec to 3 mins

could be better but its pretty decent

replace one of the rows (preferably keep the chest supported ones) with lat pulldowns

replace concentration curls with preachers (basically just better) and do normal curls supinated

Would like to replace with lat pull down but for now im training at home

But in a short time ill start doing them when i get a membership so thanks:feelsyay:

i mean you don't really need to have a dedicated bicep/back workout. just make it a general upper day it's a little too short. add tricep pulldowns + bench, do romanian deadlifts on lower/leg day instead

here's a good routine, i suggest dropping one of the lower days and do accessories + arms instead. make sure you pick exercises you actually enjoy doing

Switch standing with close grip pulldown and do the other grip for upper back on the machine rows.

You're doing Romanians for lower back?

Oh concentration curls ass but if anything add in incline curls for long head and I recommend switching to Preacher curls

it depends. order doesn't matter for a beginner anyways. isolations first could make you less likely to get injured during compounds, it doesnt matter tho. whichever is more fun

Depends on how exhausted you get tbh
For example, I gass out quick so is have to do compounds first then isolations

yeah im doing that as well (been doing it for cca 9 months, +13kg bw). but i usually don't do legs twice a week and do accessories instead as ive stated above

yeah, you should defo enjoy your workouts, it makes it way easier to stick to your routine. consistency is way more important than some theoretical +5% muscle activation doing something you dont like

It's cus, too many guys were sneaking in (taking after me ig) and they clocked it and decided to upgrade their already shitty security

I would include a lat focused one like lat pulldown close grip

You really only need 2 exercises for back

One vertical one horizontal
