Low fat milk? Why though? Also u like coffee? I tried once and it was too bitter for me lol, overall nice diet
low fat milk for the coffee only otherwise raw full fat milk, coffee makes me happy and tastes great with coconot oil, milk and sugar, try it out.

What’s the reasoning?
they used to try to make pigs fat with coconut oil and saturated fat, they overfed them with it, instead they became lean jacked and handsome

MCTs are more likely to be used for energy rather than stored as body fat and almost immediately get burned via thermogenesis

btw thats why they started to feed pigs soybean oil to make them fat, that was profitable

My understanding was they become major energy sources when the body is in ketosis and are broken down more rapidly than other fats, I could be wrong about that.

they ate tons of carbs on top of the coconot oil, they ate corn aswell. but the farmers tried to speeden up the process, little did they know, mct oil increases the metabolic rate and makes mammals thinner

Interesting I don’t think MCT oil metabolism studies have been carried out on humans yet, I remember one study from a while back that it improved cognitive performance.

Personally I eat most of my fat from olive oil, fish and full fat dairy.

sounds good, dairy fat has special anti-cancer pro-thyroid and longevity benefits that came out just in recent studies.

mogs mine i just eat eggs for breakfast , 2 home made shawarmas with chicken , french fries and sauces at home then pasta with eggs in afternoon💔

add 5-6 eggs. Coconut oil has a bad omega 3 to 6 ratio
i dont tolerate eggs that well, i get acne and rashes from it raw or cooked, the omega 3 to 6 ratio doesent really matter, it seems shocking at first but if you eat an ounce a day and put that into cronometer youll find out that there is not much pufa to speak off so the ratio doesent matter since its so low in both aspects

Eggs are one of the best foods. Id try putting them in your diet again.

Yeah id love to, but i cant mess around with it, atleast for now, ill try to heal my gut first.

this was one day of eating, i usually have steaks and ground beef daily, fish is too high in pufa atleast most are, i do shrimps sometimes
