Planning my revision bimax to get more advancement and CCW :
The surgeon told me I get +7.4mm forward on the upper first incisors with this planning, and 2mm down on the mollars.
He didn't gave me other measurements unfortunately.

He is planning to get rid of my left side jaw angle implant and mitigate the assymetry with a bone graft between left ramus and mandibular.

Do you think it's enough or I should ask for a little bit more advancement ?

Do you think I should get a setback genio as well ?

Not advanced enough, very conservative movements
Wow i noticed that’s the case with like 90% of people having a revision , btw do you get a discount when doing a revision ?

No because it was not the same surgeon, the first one was in a public hospital so I paid nothing but they are way too conservative.

Probably leave chin be or advance slighty.
However you should cut down hard you look quite obese

I'm actually not fat at all, I'm 80kg for 1m90. It's just my forward head posture and recessed jaws that create a fat pad

Very fat. Cut down to 70 or 65kg

65kg for 1m90 lol bro you want me to be a skeleton ? The bimax will solve a lot of this problem, my jaws are too far back for now and pinching against my neck.

No it was public hospital they don't care what you ask and disdain your requests, they don't even want to show you the movements.
They think because you get it for free they don't have to make any efforts towards you and do the bare minimum...

I thought as well but my front incisors are already past my nose bridge bone... I fear advancing more would lead to the dreaded chimp lips don't you think ?
