30 yo, 183cm, ~160 lbs

I just got body mogged by half the male class in a lab we just had where we were shirtless. I lift almost everyday and have been for around 2 years. Idk what to do. I’m too light weight to cut, and basically will have to be skinny fat for awhile just to make good gains to eventually cut.

Also if anyone knows any PED’s that are liver safe lmk I am sick of this natty joke life

I try to but yeah I need to work on them. I used to do face pulls a lot but now I just do bent over rear delt flys
