Did I reach 12.5%? Started skinny fat. I dont want to be weak anymore, every average guy has higher ffmi than me. Stopping cutting, need to put on muscle now

Get the strength gains during the lean bulk then drop it

I need to get stronger and get more lean muscle mass. After I get to an acceptable level, I will cut down the fat

Me now with a pump. Got slightly stronger overall but still weak. Best strength increase is, Im incline benching 115 pounds for reps now.
