Footwork

Lead hook (head), rear hook (body), lead upper cut 10x

Move forward , move back

Shuffle side-side over rope , shuffle over rope forward back ward

In-out bounce



Head movement

Jab, slip(left), roll, right overhand 10x

Bottle slips , bottle dips

Slip and touch knee each knee

Roll and make O each side

Roll under wood (open eyes), roll under wood (closed eyes)



Reaction

Slip(left), lead shovel hook, rear shovel hook, rear hook (head), step out 10x

Tennis ball drop each hand

Tennis ball drop each hand (closed eyes)



Speed
