My everyday morning shake:
3 dl Oats
1 Scoop Protein Powder (Natural)
1 banana
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chia-seeds
3 dl milk
1 dl water

Total of 1200kcal
66g protein
104g carbs
56g fat
