(I wont be taking DHT or some shit like test cuz my hair is very prone to balding since my father went bald pretty fast)

stop. do this after you end puberty. i was 5,8 at 14. now im 6,1 at 15. stop your going to fuse your plates sooner.

fucks up ur sleep ur body creates 0,5mg melatonin daily if you take 3mg everyday when u sleep you will get

This fucked my 2023 summer i was dependant on melatonin always felt like i never slept enough sluggish during the day but grew like 6cm over the summer tho (NOT SURE IF IT HAD ANY INFLUENCE SINCE I GROW 10CM ALMOST EVERY YEAR) now my sleep is fucked again since i go to bed at 4am
