3 pills of potassium citrate in the morning, 400 mg caffeine (200 mg after an hour after waking up and another pill during the day) and I smoke a cigarette for nicotine after school

Also I skip breakfast occasionally

None of that compared to just simply taking a diuretic and chugging water jfl

6/10 protocol i would at least add in some electrolytes

Yeah I chug water a lot in the morning and during noon

I would use a diuretic like lasix but I am not sure where to find it

stopp smoking thats the worst thing you can do for your health. also cut sugar thats the most important thing. if you eat potassium pills and eat bad it wont help you at all. also train everyday and make cardio 2+ times a week

I dont train because of an elbow injury but my diet is really good like I hit all my micronutrients and macros pretty sure + the only type of sugar I consume is from fruits I eat pomegranate everyday lol

I smoke rarely so it hits pretty strong

okey then walk atleast 10k stepps per day it will help you too
