Every day really varies since my mom cooks different stuff for dinner but normally i eat a banana for breakfast and eat whatever my mom makes which is 1000 calories max and than after dinner i snack (fruits) like on a tomato and two peaches, and if i have some calories left over i eat some eggs normally, but i cut all bread out of my diet which i used to eat ALOT, like with everything i eat which was bad as fuck tbh and high in cal probably the reason why i never lost weight in my life properly.
im now on a 1500 cal diet
im gonna be consistent + gym 5 days a week

180cm
77kg (decent amount of muscle around 20% bf gonna cut to 13%)
