i ate like shit the last few days, thats what i ate yesterday
what should i add ?

10egg very good!
300g tuna. eehh depeneds on quality but ok
300g rice - good for carbs and thats it but prolly one of best carbs out there
200g liver - Very good, eat it raw like me :)
salmon - same as tuna but maybe little better idk
149g brocolli - Nigga why 149g and not 150g weird as sheit, mid vegetable as most vegetables dont eat with other meats because fiber and some anti nutrient reduces nutrient absorption!
3 carrots - literally no important nutrients, only a bit of provitamin a (not actual vitamin a retinol) with very little bioavailavility which you already get a shit ton from liver

even 5 eggs a week is borderline too much,10 eggs a day is fucking stupid
dude wtf, bodybuilders eat 50-100 a day and theyre fine, they have no health problems that got caused by the eggs

well 200g liver, if u eat that anyway u might get vitamin a-e poisoning but yeah theres a shit ton of a and e vitamins in liver, i will probably eat it today too, its OP for reducing prolactin, but yeah eat it everyday nobody give a fuck about vitamin overdose

Add some beans for magbesium
Add sesame seed for calcium
Add nuts for vitamin E
Replave some tuna with mackerel and sardine
alternate liver with kidney due to vit A toxicity
Add something for vitamin C
eat some cheese for k2 and calcium

Then you have ALL micros and vitamins from whole foods
