- coconut water 1-2L daily
- Eggs
- Cheese
- Kefir
- Raw honey
- probiotic rich yogurt
- 95% dark chocolate
- liver

currently leanmaxxing to 10-12% bf
 
Medium rare or raw beef, lamb shoulder, add potato's
 
Make sure all meat/dairy products are grass-fed if available, because non-grass-fed are worse for your health than being vegan :lul:
