heres what i ate today as a 14 yr old trying to grow. rate it out of 10 and lmk if i missing any nutrients
1 gallon of raw milk
1 fruit smoothie (strawberry, bananas, kiwi, some other small stuff)
500g raw beef heart
250g liver
150g ribeye


Calories: 4203
Protein: 337g
Fat: 203G
Carbs: 242G

didnt eat much variation today but yea

rate it
 
sounds like a recipe for diabetes.

Get rid of the meat and eat more carbs.
